Posted in: UncategorizedBecause making electronic music wasn’t nerdy enough, here’s a promotional video for something called the beamz Music Performance System, which harnesses the power of lasers to “unleash … the musical creativity that’s harbored in every soul.†In reality, it’s a cross between a synthesizer and a harp, and it’s a cool idea marred by a goofy design and Sharper Image’s tarnished reputation. Let’s hope they don’t do to music what they did to air purification.
