COI campaign reminds landlords of home energy certificates

LONDON – The Central Office of Information (COI) is rolling out the second phase of its campaign to raise awareness of the introduction of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). The national press and radio ads inform landlords that they need to arrange an EPC for new tenants from 1 October.
