Adobe’s ‘Agency of Record’ About 6 Mins too Long

Not going anywhere for a really long time? Then check out Adobe’s new Web show, ‘Agency of Record’, which gives a behind the scenes look at the ad-world from the perspective of a low-ranking designer at made-up agency WTF Worldwide.

The show is a branding tool for Adobe; in the first episode, main character Sierra uses creative suite to save the day when her whacked-out bosses lose their shit during crunch time. The ad-world parody is well produced, and the zany bosses are fun to watch, but at a whopping 9:02, we’re not sure people will stick around to view the whole thing.

We posted it above, so take a peak and be the judge. How does ‘AoR’ stack up against other Web shows you’ve seen?

One final note: as a branding tool, the show is a brave leap from traditional content. Could this be Adobe’s first step away from Goodby? The Delaney Report recently hinted at a split from their AoR, but we’ll have to see if that pans out.
