In the last decade, Mr. Shaw has led the network's industry-leading efforts to make top shows such as "Grey's Anatomy," "Desperate Housewives" and "Lost" available on more platforms with marketer-friendly ad models and accountable research. but now the 20-year Disney veteran will depart his day-to-day role at the end of the year.
