Hotline: Office of Fair Trading calls for input
Posted in: UncategorizedThe Office of Fair Trading has called for input from the industry on Global Radio’s proposed £375 million acquisition of GCap Media, to help it decide whether it would constitute a merger situation. If it decides it is a merger, the OFT will also consider whether the deal could raise competition issues. It is asking for comments to be filed by 10 June.
