Advertising can be useful. Patsany hunted down Urbasaurus and transformed three locations in three Ukrainian cities into an urban campaign for glo™ (glo™ is intended for adult tobacco or nicotine users).

In the spring and summer of 2021, we launched the campaign “City vs. Urbazavry ”, the main goal of which is to improve the improvement of cities in small steps. Together with the public organization City Reforms, we chose 9 abandoned locations in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Odesa and named them Urbasaurus.

People on the website, the Instagram page, voted for the Urbasaurus they want to sin. We developed nine 3D models of the Urbasaurus and created AR masks, a project website and an Instagram page run on behalf of the Urbasaurus.

The campaign was supported by well-known Ukrainian bloggers and activists. More than 130,000 Ukrainians took part in the campaign. On the example of this urban campaign for glo™, we wanted to show that advertising can be meaningful and socially useful: for the brand, for people, for cities, for Ukraine.

We picked up the most favorite rainy song: “Is it raining?” which has more than 100 million views on youtube and changed the lyric that has our product name, indoor laundering insight, and product benefits in it.

Sad music and rain are inseparable, so we use this insight as an opportunity to disrupt and change the sadness routine into enjoyment: changing the sad song and the rain into the happy rainy song, and obviously, laundering with Downy Indoor Dry Duo.

More than 200 customized videos were made with almost 300 participants who were devoured by one of the greatest dangers that inhabit the deserts of the planet Arrakis: the giant sand worms. The users made their videos by standing in the center of our video capture system, looking up and acting for 5 seconds as if the sand worm was going to devour them.

2021. In a year of lock-downs Bulgarians had to elect their parliament. 1/4 of all Bulgarian voters live abroad. But the authorities made nothing to help those people vote. On the contrary – a new voting law limited the polling places abroad – up to 35 polling sections in the non-EU countries. That means that people would need to travel for hours to vote, in a severe COVID world. Bulgarian voters abroad were totally neglected. Then a group of activists – “Bulgarians in USA” decided to provoke all Bulgarian communities around the world to promote the elections and motivate the voters.
