Banco Nacional de Costa Rica wanted to tell a young target to open a savings account. However, this audience does not consider saving as a daily or realistic practice in their lives, so the messages were only good intentions. It was time to talk with the example, to show young people that saving is a possibility, that it is not so complex and that even the Bank, (the biggest in Central America) is capable of doing it within its own campaign. This is how I Just Call To Make An Ad was born, an idea in which the Bank’s call center was used to make live calls to the most popular radio programs among young people and deliver the campaign message without the need to pay for an announcement, thus giving the example that young people needed to hear.

The ad shows that cricket is a living demonstration of the best qualities that make us South African. It is the most diverse and inclusive sport in South Africa. It brings people closer together regardless of race, gender, age or class. It truly is the most South African-est thing we do. And, even though it can be a complex sport, its eccentricities are what make it special.

STROKE embraces the importance of the freedom of expression in arts and entertainment: a human right as of 1948 set out in Article 19 by the UN General Assembly. Together with street artist ‘Capo’s Finest’, an immersive online gallery was created – based on large scale watercolor portraits on Khadi hand-made paper. A courageous look at 8 political leaders and their decisions – interpreted as tattoos, symbolizing irrevocability of political actions. Each motive is mirrored by handpicked content snippets from a wide range of global news portals. Every user is invited to download the portraits including article 19.

Since 1516, German breweries have to produce Pils beer according to the world’s oldest food law, the purity law – with hop, malt and water only. We wanted to challenge this and added a new ingredient without changing the recipe: the beer drinkers themselves! Beck’s involved its fans in the making of a new beer. With an interactive outdoor experience and by applying popular science (“plants grow better when you talk to them”) to hop. We installed loud speakers in the world’s biggest hop field, connecting them to a mobile recording booth that was placed in popular Berlin night out areas. In that way, people talked in an around-the-clock live-stunt to a Beck’s key ingredient. Together with malt and yeast, the harvested hop was then turned into a limited-edition with new taste – thanks to the many Berlin people who infused it with their stories, songs and laughs.
