
Every weekday we bring you the Ad Age/iSpot Hot Spots, new TV commercials tracked by iSpot.tv, the real-time TV ad measurement company with attention and conversion analytics from more than eight million smart TVs. The ads here ran on national TV for the first time yesterday.
A few highlights: Dr Pepper airs a 15-second ad (previously released online) from its football-themed “Fansville” campaign (EJ Schultz wrote about it in August: “Dr Pepper’s college football campaign is like a TV show filled with pigskin crazies”). Pom, the pomegranate-beverage brand, also serves up a spot from a continuing campaign (Jessica Wohl previewed the creative earlier this month: “Pom Wonderful puts worry monsters out of a job” Jessica Wohl. And Bank of America asks “What would you like the power to do?” in a spot that focuses on iconic Southern California bakery Porto’s.
