Sioo-x Wood Protection: The World's Most Boring Billboard

Media, Outdoor
Sioo-X

Sioo:x Wood Protection gives outdoor wood surfaces a beautiful, natural silver-grey hue and keeps them protected for twelve years. It’s also 100% environmentally friendly – which is revolutionary. But twelve years’ worth of protection is almost too good to be true. Our mission was to prove it is for real. So we created a billboard made from real Sioo:x-treated boards and booked a triple-sided billboard for twelve years in Malmö, Sweden.

Vanguard Properties: We Have Home Advantage, We Play At Home, There’s Nothing Like Winning At Home

Vanguard Properties

We Have Home Advantage

We Play At Home

There’s nothing like winning at home

Vanguard Properties, a real estate investment group, is one of the main sponsors of Estoril Open 2018, the biggest Portuguese tennis tournament. Our challenge was to announce this official sponsorship through a concept that could be communicated in a print ad. The concept would have to mix tennis and real estate.

At Estoril Open, Portuguese tennis players have home advantage. Vanguard Properties acts in real estate, for this reason it understands the “home” market. The “We play at home” concept was born. The graphic exercise was to adapt tennis courts to houseplants, promoting our concept almost automatically and with great impact.

Babyshop Ramadan 2018: World Without Walls

Film
Babyshop

Babyshop, a children’s retailer, sends a message of unity from the Middle East to the Middle East and to the world, through a surprising perspective, starting with the month of Ramadan. Ramadan is a time of the year when Muslims around the world fast during the day, every day, for an entire month. People wake up, pre-dawn, to eat the morning meal. And they abstain from all food and liquids until dusk. Ramadan serves as a reminder about empathy, tolerance, humanity, unity and togetherness; values that are often forgotten in today’s world beset with prejudice, divisions and walls – both physical as well as emotional. So, this Ramadan, Babyshop, a children’s retailer in the Middle East is inviting people across the Middle East and the world to reconsider accepted thinking and behaviour. In an uncertain time, when the world around us remains divided between “us” vs. “them”, when we’re all building walls between countries, families, neighbours, economic and social statuses and each other, Babyshop is sharing a message of unity during the month of togetherness – but, with a ‘little’ difference; encouraging us to open up our hearts, doors and minds to others by embracing its philosophy of “World Without Walls”. A film on YouTube and Facebook is launching the idea. It follows the journey of a child making his way through an actual world without walls – from his room to his parents’ room to a luxurious Middle East home to a refugee tent to a South Asian home (where a dad is spotted making some morning sandwiches) to an old people’s nursing home and finally, to an orphanage, and beyond. Through the film, Babyshop is encouraging people across the region to share the message of a #WorldWithoutWalls. The brand is also implementing in-store activities, on-ground initiatives, social content as well as a co-creative social media activation to bring #WorldWithoutWalls to people around the region, and around the world too.

Samsung: Adoption Package

Film
Samsung

When Samsung approached us with a brief to promote their new Anti-Tangle vacuum, we thought about all kinds of people that might benefit from a technology that makes certain long hairs do not get entwined in the vacuum’s turbine – thereby neutralizing it. But from hippies, Rapunzels and Princesses Leia of the world, conversation quickly turned to other hair-abundant creatures and came to rest on pets. But what could possibly connect between pets and vacuums?

After some research we discovered that while 17% of people refuse to adopt a pet because of the hair they shed, 37% could be persuaded to adopt one if the hair issue was solved. So we decided to do just that!

So in cooperation with the country’s leading Pet Shelter “Let Animals Live”, Samsung gave people the opportunity to adopt a pet and get a free Samsung Vacuum with advanced Anti-Tangle Technology that prevents it from clogging up with hair and fur.
