Intouch
INTOUCH is a Russian car insurance company. The company operates on the market where speeding is #1 reason for car accidents and is a big problem for car insurance business and society. Because of this INTOUCH advocates and promotes responsible driving. To raise awareness of the problem and motivate drivers to follow speed limits INTOUCH launched the first marathon of responsible driving called “1 000 000 responsible kilometres”. INTOUCH suggested drivers to join an endurance race in front of a steering wheel. The challenge was not to be the fastest but to follow speed limits.

Man Incredibly Plays 25 Jingles on Piano Using the Products They Advertised
Posted in: Uncategorized
Love ’em or hate ’em, jingles are effective for recall. In fact, I bet you can recall all 25 of the popular jingles that YouTube artist Grant Woolard has collaged together into this impressive earworm.
The piece, which is technically a quodlibet—a piece of music combining several different melodies, usually popular tunes, in counterpoint—is made all the more impressive because each jingle is played with an object representing the brand.
Woolard has been playing piano since age 7, but only started hammering out tunes with objects a year ago when he mashed up Lady Gaga’s “Telephone” and Katy Perry’s “Firework,” playing each tune with a telephone and a firework, respectively.
Woolard told AdFreak that he “wanted apply the same concept to jingles, which are easier to work with and more instantly recognizable.” But he is saddened by the fact that “this video is completely lost on my international audience. Even in countries where these products are sold, the jingles used to advertise them aren’t necessarily the same.”
So, to our international readers: Sorry, if you’re not lovin’ it.

The Longer They Shop, The More They Buy
Posted in: UncategorizedCategory: Beyond Madison Avenue
Summary: Consumers are fascinating to watch. When they shop, many of them wholeheartedly believe that they will leave with only the thing they intended to purchase.
The science, though, suggests that the amount of unintended purchases (impulse buying or point-of-sale buying) increases based on the amount of time spent shopping…
What Can I Tell My Daughter About the Role of Women in Advertising?
Posted in: UncategorizedIt was a heartening sign to see one of advertising’s leading male creative directors attend a recent 3% Seattle event my agency recently hosted. Even more significant was what he took away from the session after hearing the panel of four creative women describe their many workplace slights and challenges.
As the panel came to a close, he asked a simple but important question: “What can I tell my daughters?”
That question showed that despite the gains women in creative leadership roles are making — from 3% in 2008 to 11% in 2014 — they are still a big minority in executive suites. With women influencing over 85% of purchase decisions, this statistic just shows how out of sync our industry is with consumers. As panelists detailed personal challenges, they revealed that there are so many other issues impacting the ability of women in creative to be heard, to be compensated equally, to be treated fairly and more — that it still is a daunting profession for women today.

Panama City streets are damaged and authorities don´t seem to care about it. This inconvenience causes a lot of discomfort to drivers who have to transit through these streets everyday. Nowadays twitter is one of the most important source of information for the news show in Panama, for this reason we create a platform to establish not only a conversation but a way of complain direct to the responsible of solving the problem of damaged streets.
A way that cannot be ignored. The idea was to point out the hassle people felt directly to the responsible of solving the problem of damaged roads.
