O 3D continua discutível

Este mundo de revoluções tecnológicas e “pseudo-inovações” muda tão rapidamente que fica complicado analisar as estratégias de quem está dando passos largos.

Depois de muito experimento em torno da sua função e efetividade, o 3D começa a ser adaptado pelos mais importantes veículos e provedores de conteúdo. Na última semana, o Youtube, maior portal de vídeos do mundo, começou a adicionar a opção 3D em alguns dos vídeos publicados pelos usuários, como podemos ver no print acima, retirado deste vídeo.

Quem também está apostando no 3D são os veículos de comunicação impressa (jornais e revistas).

O maior jornal da Europa, o alemão Bild, vai começar a ser vendido em formato tridimensional, além de sortear pares de óculos para os leitores verem fotos e anúncios, informou o jornal Brasil Econômico.

Na versão online do jornal alemão, os videoclipes, os filmes e os jogos também estarão disponíveis em 3D. Com a novidade, o Bild junta-se ao jornal britânico The Sun e o Le Dernière Heure, de Bruxelas.

Aqui no Brasil, o Estadão, através do caderno de informática Link, realizou um experimento adicionando um formato tridemensional ao conteúdo visual do caderno. Porém, este experimento era acessível apenas para assinantes, e não durou mais de um dia.

Enquanto uns experimentam, outros efetivam as apostas com a finalidade de criar destaque entre a concorrência, antecipar e popularizar tendências e funcionalidades que, antes, eram apenas acessíveis de forma exclusiva. Refletindo mais um pouco, me pergunto se este é mesmo o melhor caminho? Será que muitos envolvidos nessa história não estão caindo naquela armadilha de usar a tecnologia simplesmente por medo de não revolucionar ou inovar em sua categoria?!

Mesmo com estes novos exemplos, continuo considerando o 3D muito discutível, principalmente quando a tecnologia é empregada em conteúdos impressos, onde a experiência não é das melhores. E, para ser mais claro, o 3D como conhecemos hoje pode não sobreviver se não houver um aprimoramento da usabilidade e da qualidade como forma de gerar algum tipo de diferencial, que até agora, sinceramente, não consegui encontrar.
