Yahoo Founder Jerry Yang Resigns From Company’s Board

The co-founder of Yahoo grew the company into an Internet darling in the late '90s only to see it lose much of its luster over the last decade. Mr. Yang also resigned from the boards of Yahoo Japan and Alibaba, of which Yahoo owns a stake.
