Saatchis fills top creative vacancy

GUANGZHOU – Saatchi & Saatchi Guangzhou has hired Ogilvy & Mather creative partner Ng Fan (pictured) to fill the position of executive creative director left vacant since predecessor Polly Chu moved to JWT earlier this year.
