Saatchi & Saatchi X promotes Hathaway to lead Europe

LONDON – Shopper marketing agency Saatchi & Saatchi X has promoted Simon Hathaway from UK CEO to the newly created job of EMEA CEO, and hired Anthony Hopper as general manager for the UK.
