Rubaiyat Steakhouses: Tender meat

Rubaiyat Steakhouses
The country is one of the world’s largest beef producers, but the predominant breed is Nelore. It’s a more rustic strain of pasture-raised cattle that takes longer to fatten and because of that it has tougher meat. However, Rubaiyat, at all its locations (Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay), serves beef from the Brangus and Wagyu breeds—extremely tender, marbled meats. This is something its competitors don’t do, which makes the tender beef a big differentiating factor for one of the world’s most famous and admired steakhouses.
