Premier Foods appoints former Coca-Cola man as chief executive

Michael Clarke, Premier Foods’ chief executive, has stepped down from the role after less than 18 months, and has been replaced by Gavin Darby, the former Coke marketing director and Cable & Wireless chief executive.
