Talia Handler has joined Saatchi & Saatchi’s flagship office as group account director. She will lead the Agency’s Chase business Handler was previously EVP, Group Account Director at Deutsch New York. Prior to joining Deutsch, Talia was a Senior Partner, Executive Marketing Director at Ogilvy where she was on the IBM Smarter Planet Brand leadership team.

Matt Thomson has joined Bitly as its chief product officer. He will be primarily responsible for setting the Bitly product agenda while overseeing the day-to-day execution of the product team. Prior to Bitly, Mr. Thomson served as VP of platform and business development at Klout. He also served as the general manager and director of product management for the business half of Lithium’s SaaS product line.

Christine Volden Pereira will be joining engage:BDR, a Los Angeles based digital advertising company, as vice president of video strategy. She will focus on developing video partnerships and RTB integrations, with focus on both desktop and mobile video. She has more than 12 years of online advertising sales and marketing experience with both startups and publicly traded companies like AOL and Yahoo.
