People on the Move: Rolf Olsen Joins Mindshare as Chief Data Officer


Mindshare North America appointed Rolf Olsen as chief data officer. Mr. Olsen will lead the agency’s marketing sciences group, and will drive new tools and data partnerships for the Loop, Mindshare’s adaptive marketing engine. Mr. Olsen joins the agency from iProspect, and has run marketing sciences teams across Carat, Copernicus and iProspect for the past seven years.

Wielden & Kennedy Tokyo appointed John Rowe as the agency’s managing director. His appointment completes the management team for W&K’s Tokyo office and replaces Blake Harrop, who moved on to join W&K Amsderdam as managing director. Mr. Rowe joined W&K Portland in 2005, and held a lead account management role for global brands, including Starbucks, Heineken, Target, Powerade, Facebook.

Walton Isaacson appointed Kirsten Atkinson as VP-media and branded integration. She comes from Team One, where she was media director. Ms. Atkinson, who began her career at Starcom Worldwide as a media planner on Procter & Gamble, was selected as a 2014 Ad Age Media Maven. She is also a co-founder of ADCOLOR in Los Angeles and a board member of ThinkLA’s MAT (Multicultural Advertising Training) program.
