Possible appointed Neil Miller as UK CEO. Mr. Miller will be responsible for driving strategic UK growth and managing all operations in London. Mr. Miller is a joint founder of DNA, one of the UK’s first digital shops, which was acquired by Razorfish in 2005. He also jointly set up WPP marketing technology company Fabric.

Engine Group has appointed Zoe Church as its Global Director of Business Development. Ms. Church is responsible for growing the group’s global offering, with a particular focus on expanding its client roster. Ms. Church joins Engine Group from Y&R where she held regional and global business development positions in the U.S., UK and Australia during her 12-year tenure.

Palisades MediaGroup has promoted Laura Jean Bracken to the newly created position of President and COO. Ms. Bracken will oversee the agency’s business development, talent and strategy. She joined Palisades MediaGroup in 2010 after managing the San Francisco and Seattle offices of OMD. Ms. Bracken started her career in strategic planning at Saatchi & Saatchi in New York.
