Omnicom Media Group hands £140m outdoor business to Talon

Omnicom Media Group (OMG) UK has appointed Talon Outdoor, the agency led by former Kinetic chief executive Eric Newnham, as its out-of-home specialist agency, in a blow to Aegis’ Posterscope.
