Why are you into Advertising?
It is the second oldest and the second best profession in the world. And i love to be with the best, well, at least the second best.
( Deadlines… wow, they are orgasmic.)
Did you attend school for fine art or design or Communications?
BFA (Applied Art)
Tell us about your awards?

Who was the most influential personality on your career in Advertising?
Amitabh Bachchan.
Where do you get your inspiration from?
It stared with my Mom, at some stage Father joined, then Girlfriend(s), then it was my permanent and the only Wife and today my two beautiful Daughters.
(To tell you the truth ‘EMI’s’ , Rent, Petrol bills, Coffee bills, Shopping bills etc. helped me a lot in keeping the ‘inspirational consistency’.)
Tell us something about Nikotin, work environment. We know lots of creatives would love to work with Nikotin.
Like nikotin, a stimulus is what is needed to get charged up and continue with your life. ‘A Kick’ is needed in whatever you do.
At Nikotin, we do not have musters, cctv’s, clocks or hierarchy. Doors and minds are open 24X7, so, ideas can gatecrash whenever. Result is important.
What do you think of the state of Print advertising right now. At least here in India, the released work is most often too sad?
Today, nobody has got patience, hunger, taste or even inclination for ‘Hydrabadi Biryaani’, It is ‘Maggi’ which rules. So, how sad can the state get.
Do you think brands who’s advertising wins awards, do well in the market?
It is a very weird comparison.
What advice do you have for aspiring creative professionals?
Read, Read, Read.
What’s your dream project?
To create best farming options (since we have farms and the ‘cultivating’ art also needs to be looked at seriously.)

A Book.
What’s on your iPod?
Don’t have one. But i have ‘Steve Jobs’ in my heart.
