New look Standard turns corner for Lebedev

LONDON – The London Evening Standard attracted on average 15,000 fewer readers per issue in the 12 months to July 2009 compared to the previous year, despite a multimillion pound rebrand and repositioning by new owner Alexander Lebedev, according to the National Readership Survey published today.
