Mike Duke to Replace Lee Scott as Wal-Mart CEO

BATAVIA, Ohio (AdAge.com) — Wal-Mart Stores today announced that Lee Scott will step down as CEO effective Feb. 1. He will be replaced by Mike Duke, now vice chairman of the retailer's international division.
