During the Ganesha Festival in Mumbai, people erect decorative arches or ‘Makhars’ at home to celebrate the arrival of the Lord. Maharashtra Dinmaan, the local Marathi language daily distributes awards to the best decoration during this period. This advertisement was meant to encourage people to register for the awards.
