Ladera Moves to McCann NY, TBWA Hires LeSieur and More


Lea Ladera has joined McCann Erickson in New York as executive creative director. Ladera was previously a creative director at Saatchi & Saatchi New York. Her campaigns have included the 2014 launch of American Express’ Everyday Card, starring Tiny Fey, and earlier work for Macy’s which included co-producing a one-hour TLC special. She has also worked on Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, HP, Delta Airlines, Procter & Gamble, Unilever and General Mills. Before Saatchi, she worked at Ogilvy, JWT and Goodby Silverstein & Partners.

TBWA/Chiat/Day LA hired Tanya LeSieur as chief production officer and Mark Sloan as director of design. LeSieur, who will also be part of the agency’s management team, has over 15 years of integrated production experience. She joins from Saatchi & Saatchi New York, where she hd been chief production officer since 2013. Before that, she was director of integrated production at Saatchi & Saatchi’s Los Angeles office for four years, and executive producer at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners for ten years. Sloan was most recently creative director at Quiksilver in Huntington Beach, Calif., and prior to that was executive creative director at Anomaly in Amsterdam. He has also worked as head of design at Wieden & Kennedy Amsterdam, and spent a year as an associate creative director at TBWA/Media Arts Lab working on the iPhone 4S.
