John C. McGinley and the MTL

A few weeks ago I wrote about how Miller Lite was taking their advertising back to the 70s by readopting their old tagline, “More Taste, Less Filling.” Well, it seems that they decided (for now) to slowly bring it back. In the latest round of spots, featuring the oh-so-funny John C. McGinley (Dr. Cox on Scrubs, among many, many other roles), they’ve retained the “Good Call” tag but have made McGinley the commissioner of the More Taste League. So what happens? You’ve made a violation against beer and he steps in. Hilarity ensues. Watch one of the new spots below and then tune into any football game, I’m sure you’ll see more.
