Joe Garcia Named President of McCann Midwest

Joe Garcia is joining McCann Midwest in Birmingham, Mich. as president. Additionally, Garry Neel, who previously held a dual role leading McCann Midwest and overseeing the General Motors business, will shift to a dedicated role for GM, overseeing the business globally and in the U.S. as exec VP-global account director.
