Hummer set to follow MG into Chinese ownership

LONDON – General Motors has struck terms to sell its gas-guzzling 4×4 brand Hummer to China’s Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial for an undisclosed sum estimated to be between $100m (£60m) and $200m.
