It doesn’t push *any* boundaries. It’s an artist conception without any grounding in real-world use, and apparently without much effort in researching what has already been tried since the 1940’s. This is why Europe is at least twenty years ahead in velomobile development – including social tandems! For example, the Zeppelin fails because the windscreen would be useless in the rain and especially at night in the rain. Too heavy, too big, too slow compared to what has been around for a couple of years in Europe (see DuoQuest for example).
