George RR Martin to kill off crowdfunding donors in Game of Thrones books

George RR Martin will write two people into one of his ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’ books, which have inspired the HBO series ‘Game of Thrones’, and then brutally kill them off to raise money for the Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary and a food charity.
