CHICAGO (AdAge.com) — Ewan Paterson starts as executive creative director at DDB, Chicago, next week, finally filling a post that's been vacant since the February 2008. Ad Age caught up with Mr. Paterson by phone recently as he prepared to move his wife and young twins to the Chicago suburb of Wilmette.
