FEMA and Ad Council: Do you how to find your family?

Do you know where your family is in an emergency? Despite what the art direction might tell you, the answer is no. Phone service is generally out in emergency situations, so you can’t really put a pin on it. Did no one at FEMA explain that to the art director?
