Engineers Australia: EA Junior Club

Primary school is a good time to engage students with an interest in STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering, math), the excitement needs to begin early. That is why EA Junior club was created in 2020 by Engineers Australia. A programme designed to provide activities and resources to parents and primary school teachers who want to bring engineering into the classroom. As the pandemic spreads, meetings and conferences are on hold indefinitely.

The only way to connect with the teachers, parents and students is through digital and online materials. Instead of workshops showcasing what students are able to enrol in, a series of characters were created representing different professions of engineers. With these animated characters and creative visual storytelling, Balance helped the students to visualize the fun activities with EA Junior Club through an animated journey.
