EasyJet: The Biggest Challenge

Becoming a pilot is very challenging. But when we look at the numbers, only 5% of them are women. So the biggest challenge is being born a woman.

To change this and encourage more women to become pilots, easyJet has launched the Amy Johnson Flying Initiative and, to promote it, a global campaign on International Day of the Girl Child. Because when we’re children, it’s easy to be anything we imagine.
