“I’m Still Here”: O ano perdido de Joaquin Phoenix

Você certamente deve se lembrar do caso do ator Joaquin Phoenix, certo? Em fevereiro de 2009, eu fiz um post intitulado: “Joaquin Phoenix pirou ou virou case de marketing?”, que incluia sua misteriosa e esquisita entrevista no David Letterman, com o apresentador dizendo no final: “Joaquin, é uma pena que você não pôde estar aqui esta noite”.

Bem, quase dois anos depois, a resposta correta é: virou case de marketing. Desde aquela época já se sabia que Phoenix estava gravando um documentário, dirigido por Casey Affleck. O filme ganhou título, “I’m Still Here”, data de estreia (10 de setembro nos EUA) e hoje esse poster abaixo.

Só o que não se sabe é do que, afinal, trata-se esse documentário. Supostamente todas as ações de Joaquin Phoenix foram premeditadas, confundindo a mídia sobre sua própria vida depois de “decidir” largar a carreira de ator e vira um rapper.

Quando “I’m Still Here” for lançado saberemos, enfim, se a estratégia de guerrilha de Phoenix deu certo ou se vai confirmar o subtítulo do filme: “O ano perdido de Joaquin Phoenix”. E você, interessado em assistir o documentário?
