“Abyssal. It’s time to emerge”
The Bienal de São Paulo was one of the first face-to-face events after 15 months of social distancing. In Brazil, along with the Pandemic, we had threats of coup and sabotage of vaccination, in addition to an environment of denial of science and protection of art. In other words, the darkness.
“Abyssal” reminds us that knowledge is light and art is knowledge and entertainment together.
