British director and photographer Stuart Douglas, co-founder of Nice Shirt Films, has signed with Believe Media for exclusive U.S. representation. Douglas began his career working with his brother Andrew as the still photography duo The Douglas Brothers. The pair later transitioned to directing music videos and commercial campaigns, beginning with a series of short films for Adidas. Douglas then founded Nice Shirt Films with long-time collaborators Jon Hollis and Richard Martin. He has directed work for Carlsberg, Coca-Cola, Guinness, Pepsi and Nike as well as car brands Jeep Ford, Land Rover, Volvo, and Saab. In 2013, he wrote and directed a nine-part web series for Sony Ericsson to launch its Xperia X1 phone.
