Bedell to chair Edinburgh International TV Festival committee

LONDON – Elaine Bedell, controller of BBC entertainment commissioning, has been appointed advisory chair of the MediaGuardian Edinburgh International Television Festival’s advisory committee, taking over from 2008’s chair Andrew Mackenzie.
