Amnesty International: Silence

To enlarge the mobile petition network Amnesty International asked us to create a cinema commercial that hits the audience right in the hearth. The viewer needs to feel the horror of being locked up in miserable circumstances, only because of your opinion. In what appears to be the beginning of a motion picture, a forgotten prisoner talks about the biggest horror haunting him during his lonely exile, the Silence. By not showing any images we focus the viewer’s attention on the traumatized voice and the subtle sound effects, which stimulates his imagination and brings the story uncomfortably close…
