Aegis Group Paid Out $3.6 Million in Termination Packages

LONDON (AdAge.com) — Aegis Group spent $3.6 million in 2008 on termination payments to three senior executives, according to its latest annual report. Former CEO Robert Lerwill, who left at the end of November, received $2 million in termination payments and took home a total of $3 million for the year. David Verklin, who resigned in April and left the post of CEO at Aegis Media Americas in October, received an extra $1.14 million, bringing his total for the year to $1.7 million.
