WPP Health-Care Merger Creates Ogilvy CommonHealth

LOS ANGELES (AdAge.com) — WPP is merging two health-care agency ventures, creating what Ad Age ranks as the world's third-largest health care agency network. The agency company today announced the formation of Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide, a merger of CommonHealth and Ogilvy & Mather's Ogilvy Healthworld.
