Hershey tipped to enter bid for Cadbury

LONDON – US chocolate maker Hershey is reported to have received the go-ahead from the charitable trust that controls it to make a counter-bid to Kraft’s hostile $16.9bn (£10.4bn) offer for Cadbury.
