Mediaedge:cia (MEC) wins IPA Effectiveness Grand Prix

LONDON – Mediaedge:cia, Media Week’s Agency of The Year in 2009, has added to its industry accolades and become the first media agency to win the IPA’s Effectiveness Awards in a ceremony tonight (9 November).
