SWIIIISSH!

Swish 100 Swedish kronor to 90 007 20 så that we can continue to create headwind for the bullies of the world

Amnesty International Sweden wanted an ad campaign that communicated relevance and spoke to a young, global audience. They also wanted ads that urged people to donate money to their fight for human rights and against anti democracy, dictatorship and bullying. So we created the SWIIIISSH! campaign.

Swish is a Swedish mobile app that allows you to send money to friends, companies and organizations by using your mobile phone. Swish is also a onomatopoeic word that imitates the sound of the wind. By putting these two meanings together we came up with SWIIIISSH! – “Swish” money to Amnesty so they can keep create headwind for the world’s biggest bullies!

Médicos del Mundo: Siria

Film
Medicos Del Mundo

Médicos del Mundo announced the creation of an app with emotional intelligence called SIRIA, capturing the attention of general and specialized technology media alike. It chose a group or people interested in the app to be the first to test it out and they discovered how it was capable of moving people through conversation.

In reality, behind the voice of the virtual assistant were men and women in situations of social exclusion. Through voice recognition, the app transcribed and gave a robotic voice to what they were saying, giving the impression that the technology was real. When the conversation reached its climax, the truth was revealed and the people behind SIRIA were unveiled on screen. Finally, those testing the app were able to embrace their interlocutors in a very moving moment.

It was all part of a campaign designed by La Despensa for Médicos del Mundo with the aim of refocusing our society’s attention on a problem that continues to grow even though it no longer appears in the news.

BMW: Christmas Safety Card

Direct Marketing
BMW

Every year, BMW wishes its customers a new year of exhilarating and safe driving pleasure. But this time it is not just a wish. With a special Christmas card, BMW and Air want to ensure there is extra safety on the road.

AIR developed the ‘Christmas Safety Card’ in collaboration with electronics company Selectron. It’s a Christmas card that shouldn’t be put on the mantelpiece but hung in the car. The micro sensor in the card measures driving behaviour and reacts with a spoken message (Ho! Ho! Hooo! just like Santa) when the car is driven unsafely. The sensor measures the G-forces and reacts when the car accelerates too much, or when it brakes or drives too quickly through bends.

This technical prowess took quite some time to organise, and required much testing and reprogramming. The limited edition Christmas card was sent to members of the BMW M LEAGUE who recently bought their car and participated in the BMW Track Days. Drivers who we know want to get the most out of their cars in a responsible manner. We hope our ‘Christmas Safety Card’ will help them drive safely through the winter and beyond.

Red Cross: Christmas Supporter

Integrated
Red Cross

The Red Cross creates Christmas tree stands that supports families in need. 11.000 families in Denmark can’t afford Christmas. At first that may not seem like a lot. But Denmark is a small country, and over the last six years, that number has increased by 525%. To save their Christmas, the Danish Red Cross has created a unique Christmas tree stand in the shape and color of their own logo. A stunningly simple, visual idea in itself. But it gets even better. Whenever people buy a Christmas tree, they can choose to pay a little extra for the Red Cross stand. The profit goes entirely to families in need, so that everyone can have the Christmas they wish for. A small but big idea that makes a real difference for those who need it the most.

Système U: Christmas

Film
Système U

On December 17th, the U stores take the floor again with a new TV spot that highlights one of the funding values of the company : proximity. At U, our merchants come from the region where their store is located. Their commitments in local life, taken independently, are daily embodied in the actions of their stores – both socially and economically. U is naturally close to its customers and is committed to taking care of them – and what better time than Christmas to reassert this link? Because we always take better care of our loved ones, U and TBWAParis imagined a nice Christmas tale that conveys the idea that we can all take care of other as well as we take care of those we love.

Audi: Safety Code

Online
Audi

Drivers who are distracted by their phones are a huge problem that causes thousands of accidents each year. Still, 8 out of 10 drivers use their phone whilst in traffic which is quite alarming considering that a 2-second distraction is long enough to increase the likelihood of a crash by over 20 times. Now, just before Christmas – one of the busiest holidays of the year on our roads – Audi is presenting a solution. Instead of asking drivers to stop using their phones or block the use of them while in the car, they are asking the world’s website hosts to help out making the roads safer.

The project is called Safety Code which is a free code snippet that can be used by anyone who has a website. By applying the code to their website’s scripts, the site analyses the visitors’ GPS-position to determine if they are driving. If they are at a speed over 20 km/h, the site will be blocked until the visitor confirm that they aren’t the driver of a vehicle in order to continue to surf the site.

Safety Code is the first solution where website hosts can contribute to a safer road environment. Audi.se is already using the code and now Audi is releasing the code to the public at https://safetycode.se/eng with the hope that more sites will follow.

Good Wine: To Drink Red Wine With Fish Is Not Absurd

Print
Good Wine

There are many stereotypes and myths in the gastronomic sphere. The most common is red wine should be drunk only with meat, and white wine – only with seafood.

The popular supermarket Good Wine, which specializes in wines and knows everything about wines, destroys this myth and shows that, contrary to the established opinion, drinking red wine with fish is not absurd.
