T3 Hires Jack Lynch as Chief Intelligence Officer

T3 has hired Jack Lynch as chief intelligence officer, tasked with overseeing the agency’s data driven practices, which include data science, loyalty and CRM. Based out of Chicago Lynch will report to T3 president Ben Gaddis.

“Data science is the backbone of innovation and it’s driving everything we’re doing at the agency, both internally and for our clients.” Gaddis said in a statement. “With Jack at the helm, we can focus less on how to get the data, and spend more time translating it into useful, meaningful experiences for consumers.”

Lynch joins T3 from Manifest, where he spent a year as chief intelligence officer, beginning in May of 2016. Prior to that he spent over five years with Razorfish, serving as vice president, data sciences. His experience includes launching loyalty programs for Miller High Life and Pampers, the My Special K program and digital marketing programs for the CDC designed to combat childhood obesity.

“T3 has the right data infrastructure in place to drive informed work for clients of all sizes,” Lynch said in a statement. “Together, with Ben and the leadership team, we are well-equipped to help our clients navigate this complex space and provide them with the insights they need to stay ahead.”
