Volkswagen SUV Range: Lives way more interesting than yours

The great majority of us are not as adventurous and well-traveled as we might think we are. In fact, if we think about it, we are surrounded by ordinary objects that have traveled way more than us. Based on this insight, we created a series of print ads that tell the exciting stories of a paper clip, a disposable lighter, a coin, and a pencil, in a way that pokes fun at our own sedentary lives.

We know every woman has a strong relationship with her hair. It is something that affects self-esteem and personality directly. We take this link to show the importance of another type of care: prevention of breast cancer. In a beauty salon, and unaware that they were being filmed, clients were invited by their hairdressers to change their hairstyle. However, instead of those books with images of beautiful hairstyles, they received a book especially produced for the action, with women in treatment, that is, with short hair or even no hair at all. The impact was so great that in addition to being aware of the prevention of cancer, they decided to donate part of the hair for the production of wigs.

The Invisibles: Book you cannot read at home

Media, PR
The Invisibles

Poland. During winter temperature drops to even minus 30 degrees Celsius. This is why in 2017 as many as 116 people froze to death. Mainly the homeless ones. Mainly because no one cared to help them. People think: “If Homeless do not care about themselves, why should I? It is not my business”. INVISIBLE.

This is what the homeless are to us. * Having looked all around Poland, we found three Homeless writers. We prepared a selection of their works and published a book containing their documentaries, poems, stories, a play. We printed the book using ink ACTIVATED BY LOW TEMPERATURE so to read the book you have to take it where it was created. Outside. On the cold. Imagine reading about sleeping in the cold, actually feeling the cold. The more interesting the text, the longer it takes to read. The colder you are the better you feel what the text is about.

Good Luck Stationery: The Balanced Bag

Outdoor, Film, PR
Good Luck Stationery

The problem – For the past few decades, heavy schoolbags have been the source of several major health problems for millions of Bangladeshi children. The heavy schoolbags are a result of a highly competitive education system that pushes students to study not only at school, but also at their homes and at private tuition. Good Luck Stationery, Bangladesh’s leading stationery brand, sat with orthopedic specialists and designs to solve this problem. The result – a schoolbag that balances the weight of its contents by evenly redistributing over the whole body, in turn maintaining proper body equilibrium. Equilibrium, a physics term, is a state in which opposing forces or influences are balanced. To simplify, imagine carrying heavy grocery bags with one hand, your body bends in the opposite direction to deal with the weight. When the bags are carried with both hands, your body balances the weight and doesn’t bend.

Just a drop in the bucket.

Every day for hundreds of years humans have been exploring the sea and although the oceans are vast, one would think we would have explored more than 5% of it. But that’s it. 5%. That’s an infinitesimally small number. Imagine the wonders that await us when we grow that number to say 6%, 20%, 90%. It staggers the mind. Now apply that thinking to rare disease. Believe it or not of the 7,000 rare diseases that afflict over 350 million in the world the number we have treatments for is also 5%. That means untapped potential and a lot of suffering. Now imagine the wonders that await the world if we could grow that percentage. That’s why we’re here.
Rare diseases. Rarer solutions.

There are just 60 Javan Rhinos left on the planet

…and they are under better care than the millions of people afflicted with rare diseases

Every living being deserves a fair shot at a decent life on this planet. This should include patients with rare disease. But right now, there are millions of people suffering with over 7,000 rare disorders the world over. And only 5% of those illnesses have viable medications. Many of these diseases are so rare in fact, they affect only a few hundred people, so it’s no wonder they don’t always get the care they need. That’s why we’re here.
Rare diseases. Rarer solutions.

Imagine that this page represents 100% of rare diseases in the world today. Now consider that the scant few words you’re reading equal those we have medicines for. That’s 5%. And that’s not good enough. Especially when you find out that there are over 7,000 rare diseases hurting families every day. That means there are 350 million poor souls dealing with rare disorders who need help. That’s why we’re here.
Rare diseases. Rarer solutions.

Think of a disease. What disease did you think of? Was it Aarskog syndrome? Fanconi anemia? X-linked myotubular myopathy? Probably not. No. More likely it was cancer. And that’s fair. Cancers a big disease that causes big problems. It also gets a big share of the dollars available to help. But those other, “smaller” diseases they’re big problems too – at least to the victims and their families. Wait you never heard of them? That’s because they’re rare diseases. And those are just 3 among the 7,000 rare diseases hurting so many around the globe. Only 5% of these disorders have viable medicines or treatments, meaning, these people really need someone to help. That’s why we’re here.
Rare diseases. Rarer solutions.

The chances are slim. Statistically speaking, there’s a greater chance for someone with a rare disease winning like 25 hands of poker in a row than getting a viable treatment for their disease in their lifetime. Seriously, only 5% of these illnesses have meds and with the over 7,000 rare diseases & disorders known today affecting 350 million people that’s a pretty bad deal. It’s time someone helped them turn their luck around. That’s why we’re here.
Rare diseases. Rarer solutions.

AS: Walking Buddies

As

In Portugal, the abandonment of dogs is still a major issue, and dog shelters are full of them. These dogs have a major health problem: the lack of happiness. To help fighting this problem, AS, a Portuguese pet food, owned by one of the main supermarket chains in the country – Minipreço – wanted to create something meaningful, that could generate awareness for this terrible question. An idea that had nothing to do with selling product. It should be about the brand’s true motivation: the care for animal well-being.
