Progressive - Daddeostasis - (2017) :30 (USA)
This campaign started last year in November and is now reaching the end of its run. It’s hilarious though, and I can see many more variants born from the concept. The wife in this setup starts wearing knee high tube socks, knuckles her husband and turns lights off muttering “do you think we own stock in the electric company!?” The acting is great.

Yes, she has “Daddeostasis”, in other words she’s turning into her dad. Love it.

Just like the Daddeostasis ad, this begin it’s airing last year but is nearing the end of its run now. In it a husband slowly morphs into his own mother as he’s taken on the extra responsibilities of owning a house. The glasses are perfect for this, and you can tell the actors were having a field day with this concept. The increasingly mom-like husband buys in bulk, serves food platters out of nowhere, vacuums at all times and even has mom-jeans.

This is the long edit of the Mommeostatis commercial. I get the feeling the director, writer and actors were having so much fun with the concept that they just ad-libbed scene after scene, ending up with so much gold they had to make an extended edit. Instead of several variants of 30 edits, they gave us one long sketch for online. SO many things are so funny here. From “I’m going to take a bath” to pulling out a napkin from his sleeve to wipe something off his wife’s face.

IAB Chief 'Can't Deal With This Shit,' Demands Members Join TAG

The digital ad business has made another move to regain the high ground, when the Interactive Advertising Bureau ordered all of its members to register with the anti-fraud Trustworthy Accountability Group.

TAG was conceived in 2015 by the American Association of Advertising Agencies, the Association of National Advertisers and the Interactive Advertising Bureau to act as a stamp of approval for ad sellers.

While about 100 of the 450 publishers, ad tech firms and ad exchanges in the IAB have already registered with TAG, industry fears about ad fraud continue to plague the business.
