Texas Attorney General to Fox News: Churches Should Arm Parishioners or Hire Security

But for one guest on Fox News, there is no debatebecause new gun control laws, he feels, wouldn’t help. “You can’t necessarily keep guns out of the hands of people who are going to violate the law,” Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, a Tea Party Republican, declared on Sunday during Fox News’ breaking coverage of the massacre. “If someone is willing to kill someone, they’re also going to be willing to violate a gun law.”
