RBS: UK’s ‘least trusted bank’ on mission to become ‘most trusted’

RBS, described as Britain’s “least trusted bank” by its own boss, said it aims to become the “most trusted bank in the UK by 2020”, at the same time as announcing a £8.2bn pre-tax loss in 2013 and payouts of half a billion pounds in bonuses.
