Marianne Gambelli to lead ad sales for 'New Fox'


Fox is expected to soon name Marianne Gambilli the head of ad sales for “New Fox,” adding duties that are now handled by Joe Marchese.

Gambelli, who has lead ad sales for Fox News since May 2017, will assume responsibility for advertising across the broadcast, news and sports assets that will be spun off into a new company once Walt Disney closes its deal for 21st Century Fox, according to a person familiar with the situation. The news was first reported by The Wall Street Journal.

Gambelli joined Fox News from Horizon Media, where she was chief investment officer. She previously spent 22 years at NBC Universal.
